#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in May 12 2017
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week I did something I don’t usually do for these check-ins: wait till the day of to do the post. I usually write the post on Monday so I am talking about the week before. Last week I ate/drank my way through RT. OH I did a ton of dancing and my steps were HIGH but I was in total vacation mode. This week I totally went back on the wagon food wise but it took till Wed to get back into the exercise swing. I am down 2 lbs overall from my last weigh-in WOOT WOOT ! So how are y’all doing?
Also I want to mention that Emily March’s Grandson was born with Cystic Fibrosis and to help with that she set up Marching Madness 2017 . She is giving incentive for you to join her team (the race can be done virtually) there are giveaways and such. Every little donation is awesome! So take a moment and go check it out. The race (virtually or in person if you are in DFW is May 21rst).
