#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in August 4 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week was another stay the same week. I am also waiting on my Thyroid refill. I have been off of them for a week and I know next week will be a gain. It is so very frustrating but I am sticking to plan anyway. It is more important to make healthy choices and stay active than worry about the scale. I keep having to remind myself of this 🙂

  1. I just had waaaaaay too much food today on trip to Orlando but I made myself do a light workout when we got home.

    We just gotta keep on keepin on lol

  2. Sorry about the meds, I’m sure that’s frustrating :/ On the positive you killed it this week. And yeah, the scale most definitely is not everything. I had a pretty good week, though the scale hasn’t really shown that for me either, so you’re not alone 🙂

  3. Do you feel that the meds are helping in the long run?

    Last week was a strong week for me exercise-wise, but not so good eating… oh well.
