Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time to make a commitment for Feb 2014. Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress for Jan, now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in!   1. I’m definitely still in! I have the 5k to keep training for πŸ™‚ Today was my rest day, but tomorrow I’ll be doing my C25K again! Cheering on everyone!

  2. I am in it for February! I’m going to keep the same fitness goals for this month as I did in January – move a minimum of 10 minutes each day AND track all my food I consume (keeping track of calories, but not trying to keep below any number or lose weight specifically).

    • YEAH! I think it is awesome that tracking is your goal and not losing weight. I have heard the key is just visualizing which is something that can be helpful even when just talking to the dr. I am proud of you!

  3. I am in for February. Have walked day one and two! As I am back at work I will limit to 30min a day and at my pace that is about 3km. I am happy to commit small and achieve!
