Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in September 19 2014

Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂

This week I had a pretty darn good week. I have a touch of the flu right now but I am not letting that get me down. I am going to take two rest days and then be right back at it. I lost another pound on WW so it is going the right way 🙂 I can handle that and it isn’t that hard for me to stay within points. I am still experimenting with foods and can’t wait to have a system down.

  1. I’ve been doing good, walking 35-45 minutes a day, but my right foot has been aching for some reason! A sore tendon, I’m thinking. I may have to take a few days off to heal. Bummer!

  2. Urgh, last week was a big fail for me on walking, for some reason I just feel less motivated when I get out of class at 7:30pm ;-). But I’ll be trying to get back into a good schedule this week!

  3. Glad WW is working for you, and hopefully once you are feeling better, things will be even easier! I’ve had a pretty good week and *crossing fingers* feel like maybe I’m getting past my plateau.

  4. Congrats on shedding another pound—you can do it! I’ve switched from walking to yoga recently because I have a snowboard hip injury that’s been acting up with the recent influx of cold weather. I hope you feel better soon!
