Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in September 19 2014
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I had a pretty darn good week. I have a touch of the flu right now but I am not letting that get me down. I am going to take two rest days and then be right back at it. I lost another pound on WW so it is going the right way 🙂 I can handle that and it isn’t that hard for me to stay within points. I am still experimenting with foods and can’t wait to have a system down.

I’ve been doing good, walking 35-45 minutes a day, but my right foot has been aching for some reason! A sore tendon, I’m thinking. I may have to take a few days off to heal. Bummer!

Urgh, last week was a big fail for me on walking, for some reason I just feel less motivated when I get out of class at 7:30pm ;-). But I’ll be trying to get back into a good schedule this week!

Glad WW is working for you, and hopefully once you are feeling better, things will be even easier! I’ve had a pretty good week and *crossing fingers* feel like maybe I’m getting past my plateau.
I need to start this again!
Hope you recover soon from the flu and can get right back into it. Sometimes our body just needs recovery time!

Congrats on shedding another pound—you can do it! I’ve switched from walking to yoga recently because I have a snowboard hip injury that’s been acting up with the recent influx of cold weather. I hope you feel better soon!
