Book Blog Walkers: Weekly Check-in Oct 10 2014
Hey Book Blog Walkers! It is time for your weekly check-in! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of walking (or other exercise)? I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! Even if it is one step at a time 🙂
This week I lost the 2lbs I gained the week before! YEAH 😉 My average steps were above my goal again so it is time to up the goal (I was going to last week but that didn’t happen). I also took a step back on logging food. I am still on Weight Watchers but I did a QA with a person who told me to follow plan but not to log. I think I was thinking of food all day and it was backfiring. So I followed foods that I knew were points friendly but didn’t log anything. It seemed to work better for me so I will see how it works for week 2 🙂
