#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 6 2015

#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About.

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week I am still not back! I was going to be back this week but I honestly need a little more time off to get back to a normal routine. I miss blogging but having a day job that is all computers makes coming off a big project hard to want to spend free time on the PC. I expect to be back on Monday but have to admit it has been fun disconnecting for a bit. 🙂

Hopefully you guys had a good week! See you next week 🙂

Started my new job this week, and so the step count really suffered (especially since Thurs and Fri were work-from-home-days). On the bright side, I started taking a barre essentials class at the gym last week and I really enjoyed it. Well, I HATE doing ab exercises, but I still really like the class 🙂 I have GOT to try getting on the treadmill, since my new job requires sitting for long periods of time. Oh, for the weather to get nice and stay that way so I can get outside for my long walks again!

Hope the rest of you had a great week last week, and an even better one this week! 🙂

I’m here! I haven’t been checking in but I have been logging in on my Fitbit. Slower these last 2 weeks but Monday should start a good week. I’ve lost about 5 pounds with 15 more to go. I hope to reach that at the end of May.

I am a bit disconnected this week too , as I have had company this week. Nearly forgot it was Friday. Steps are good, but too many cookies.
Sorry for everyone in the snow.

This snow and ice needs to go away! I want to run, dang it. This is not helping my time for my 5k. As far as I can tell I can make the 5 mile trail run in April. If I am lucky I might can pull off the 10 mi. I have until the end of March to decide. I would love to have access to a treadmill on weeks like this.
I have moved my steps up to 12k per day and I have at least reached that goal every day.
