#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 20 2015
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
This week was a sad week in the Sparks household as my long time #NuttyMutt Tonks went to Rainbow Bridge on Monday. I do two weigh-in’s a week: Saturday and Thursday and let’s just say grief is not a weight loss friend. Not so much eating but sleeping pills are hell on the metabolism. I always feel weighted down when taking them. Last night I didn’t need them to sleep though so hopefully I can shake off some the after effects pretty quickly. I am actually waiting till Saturday to see how my weight shakes out.
On the other hand, my working out is totally back on track. I have started doing 20 min walks on the treadmill before work and core/arm/legs workouts after work. My clothes are beginning to fit better again. I feel good about that!
