#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 13 2015

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week I got back on the horse after two stressful weeks of work project. I did gain 2lbs during my work project but to be honest I will take it (I thought it was much more because I will admit to eating my stress). I have hit the treadmill every day this week and have hit 7000 steps a day 🙂 So happy about that!

    that is great you have been able to get on the treadmill that much. I wish I could do that but I have shin splint and still need to figure out a way to work with that…but I mostly do pilates and yoga. I really need to try this challenge out, its such a great idea. Wow it has been a while since I have been on here, your blog is just so beautiful. Hope you are well and enjoying the year so far, and of course getting plenty of good reading done.

    Glad to have you back and that you are feeling better!

    This week has been better weather wise and I feel like I have made some progress on my running times. I took Vivian the wonder dog to the social run at the local running store and we took the 3 mile route. We walked twice for a little bit but ended up running 10 min/miles. Hoping tomorrow morning we will have around the same times for the 5k.
    Work and family stress are pretty much out of control. I tell myself I will take care of what I can and I take care of myself. I am eating right and working out on my schedule, things that I can control.
