First Thought when Finished: You have to LISTEN to The Jedi Doth Return by Ian Doescher! The audio is BRILLIANTLY done!
Overall Thoughts: Ian does a great job of combining Shakespeare and Star wars! I will admit that I didn’t listen/read the first two though I am going to. It made me smile and it was a super quick listen.
Audio Thoughts:
Narrated By Marc Thompson, Jonathan Davis, Daniel Davis, Jeff Gurner, January Lavoy, Ian Doescher/Length: 3 hrs and 35 mins
I think this the first 5 I have ever given on narration but this cast deserved it! I am just going to tell you that this was a freaking awesome audiobook. For fans of Star Wars you will be pleased at how well this balanced the characters we know with voices that matched up well. For fans of audiobooks, you will love how well the cast melded together. VERY WELL DONE!
Final Thoughts: Now I need the first two!

Why I didn’t know about this series. It sounds awesome and perfect for me.
I love that you always review unknown-books-to-me books. Thank you!
Oh my gosh, Shakespeare Star Wars. What a hoot!
I’m trying to open my horizon to new genres, I’m becoming a little bored with almost everything I’ve picked up lately. That might be a sing that I’m ready to move on to different genres, and this right here, sounds good 🙂
Thank you Felicia!
First, I had to really stare at that cover, b/c I was pretty sure STAR WARS (b/c Jedi), but yeah, the wording was weird, but wait–is that Jabba in a red, crushed velvet hat?? B/c it looks like Jabba in a red, crushed velvet hat . . . You’re going to give me a complex, Felicia. May I never look at the (audio)book cover before reading your review ever again, LOL.
This sounds hilariously awesome. I had no idea something like this even existed, but now that I do, I’m on a mission to find ALL of it. So THANKS.
All 3 were delightful. I am glad you found them for your dad 🙂
I’ve seen a couple of these around and I have to say, I’m intrigued…
They were total fun!
This is totally new to me and I love how good the audio sounds. Thanks for sharing it Felicia I am adding to my audio wishlist.
The audio was out of this world. It really was like a radio play 🙂 They did such a good job!
How have I not heard of this series before?! Going to see if my library carries it 😀
It is fairly new! I had a lot of fun with it 🙂
I was curious about the mashup of this one. Looks like fun!
TOTALLY FUN 🙂
Shakespeare, Star Wars combined? Now that is something you don’t see every day. I must check this out.
It was super fun 🙂
Not a huge SW fan but this does sound kind of fun. 🙂
