"What happens when the heart says yes?"

He is promised to one woman but discovers his soul stirred by the chit s sister! Lady Aileen Davidson s reputation was ruined ages ago, which is why she s buried herself in the country, but her fiery spirit and bold beauty threaten to bring Blake to his knees, making him wonder if he has proposed to the wrong lass.

Snagged at the Library Review

JUST A NOTE:ย These are books that I have Snagged @ The Libraryย . Some of the reviews will be long and others will just be quick thoughts on the story.

First Thought when Finished:ย I have read/listened to The Brides Says No twice and enjoyed it both times. I wanted to reread this before continueing the series. I am so glad I decided to give the audiobook a whirl–it added to the story. I wish we would have gotten a little bit more of the main couple because this was mostly about the sister Tara. That being said Blake/Aileen were the perfect couple for each other. I was good with the character change in Tara towards the end and that made me look forward to the The Bride Says Maybe.

Audiobook Thoughts

Narrated By Mary Jane Wells / Length: 7 hrs and 24 mins

Mary Jane Wells knocked it out of the park. Seriously I loved this audiobook so very much and have now added Mary Jane to my must have narrators list! This was just done excellently.

  1. I read this back when it came up for book club and liked it so much I immediately bought the others – – which I still need to read. Grr! Thanks for the reminder! I may try the audio (especially since it’s at my favorite library lol)

  2. I liked this book, but have only read it in printed format. Need to try it on audio. I will have to check out Mary Jane Wells, not sure I have listened to her before. But I love a narrator that hits it right on.
