First Thought when Finished:There was some really good information in Suzanne Somers’ Slim and Sexy Forever by Suzanne Somers but I am totally going to do some more research.
My Thoughts: There were lots of good things to think about and it was laid out in an easy to read format. She does a LOT of referencing to her other books (so in a way it is also a marketing tool which was distracting) and I lost all interest the second she mentioned using a sugar substitute. That just a no-line cross for me but there were a few recipes in there I will try that did not include sugar. Overall an interesting read.

Sugar substitute is also a no-no for me. DH loves Coke. I rather he drinks regular coke with all the sugar it has than the poisonous Diet or Zero versions.
I wish I could be slim and sexy. But I am just a chunky sexy gal. 😉
Oh I hate when they reference their own books. Good to do your own research. Might jump you toward what you need to know!
Not something I am interested in Felicia, but thanks for reviewing it. If she has advice on how to battle cold flashes though, let me know 😉
I found the cross promotion in another of her books I had skimmed years ago so I never bothered picking anything else up by her.
That was annoying plus her using of a sugar substitute but then talking about how it is good to eat naturally. The science was interesting but she was not. It was an easy read though.
