Date Read: 2014
Genre: PNR, Romance

More Information:A few hard truths...Don’t bet on Hasselhoff, Bigfoot might actually exist, and searching for the impossible may lead you to your heart’s desire...
It’s a big fat hairy deal when I lose yet another bet to my best friend, Rena. Not only do I end up attending Bigfoot meetings with her kooky Aunt Phyllis, I find myself traveling with a band of reality TV, Sasquatch-hunting nut-jobs! Not to mention a suspiciously shady film crew. As if those little nuggets weren’t enough to send me on the express-train to Crazytown...I stupidly swore off men!
Clearly all this would mess up any gal’s social life, but the worst part of the story? The minute I send my libido on vacation, I meet Mitch. Yep, Mitch, the sexiest cop ev-ah. The hottest, best kissing, finest tushied, SINGLE guy I’ve ever laid eyes on. I’d rather be hot on his trail than anything that involves the word Big or Foot. But sometimes what you’re hunting for has been right in front of you all along …

Note: Size Matters was incredibly funny and well written. The only reason that it did not get a higher rating from me was because of the use of the word “*ucktard”. I am not a fan of the word so every time it was used, I got pulled out of the story a little bit. That word won’t bother most people and the book is well worth the read!
First Thought when Finished: Size Matters made the snort club (for those that don’t know, it is where I put all the books that tickle my funny bone)!
Story Thoughts: I had a lot of fun reading the adventures of Kristy! The bigfoot hunt was hysterical. The taming of the old biddies was fantastic. The conversations with her BFF were a hoot. All around it was just a romping good time! The romance story line was kind of secondary for me because it was way to quick in the beginning. That being said, they were still a great couple.
Character Thoughts: I adored Kristy! I thought she was fun, loyal, and did great things for the community. The fact that she ran a women’s shelter, was anti-Cowboys, and inherited a knitting store were just icing on the cake! She really was delightful. I liked Mitch and really liked his chemistry with Kristy. I was a little mad at him in the beginning but in the end he won me over! The rest of the characters are who stole the show though. All of the side characters made me laugh out loud. They were fantastic!
Final Thought: Fun Read! I love forward to reading more from Robyn Peterman

This sounds hilarious, and I haven’t heard that particular term in forever..LOL
Sounds hilarious! I haven’t read enough funny books lately.
I have seen this book around and I swear I grabbed it as a freebie. I am in need of more funny reads so I have to check this out.
Not sure this would be for me Felicia, but I am glad you enjoyed it.
I had the pleasure of meeting the author last year at RAGT and she was such a hoot! I am glad to hear that her books live up to her personality!
The cover is so cute 😀
Aside from the one swear word that grated on you, this sounds like a fabulous read Felicia! I love that cover, it definitely gives the feel of a cute, fun read, and that’s clearly what’s delivered. Thanks for the recommendation!
You categorized it as PNR, is that for the Bigfoot stuff? I love a funny story. Every once in a while I need one to get out of the dark worlds I read.
You changed your background to plaid! I like it! This sounds like a fun story! (Though, yeah, I’d be pulled out with the use of that word, too.)
