Six Impossible Things by Elizabeth Boyle
Narrator: Susan Duerden
Genre: Historical, Romance

More Information:In the sixth novel of the enchanting Rhymes with Love series from New York Times bestselling author Elizabeth Boyle, a nobleman falls in love with a beautiful spy he must protect
Lord Rimswell is a man of honor and absolutes. If he says something is impossible, it is. Yet his life of right and wrong is turned upside down when he finds himself in a compromising situation with the most unyielding, yet maddeningly beautiful, woman in London. If only he had not given in to the irresistible temptation to kiss her. Now he must marry her.
Miss Roselie Stratton is the very definition of impossible—headstrong, outspoken and carrying a reticule of secrets that could ruin more than her reputation. Kissing Brody is hardly the most ruinous thing Roselie has ever done as a secret agent for the Home Office…nor will she let a marriage of convenience stop her from continuing her work. Little does Roselie realize that she has underestimated Brody’s resolve to keep her safe—for he has hopelessly fallen in love with her and is determined to do the impossible by stealing her heart in return.

Quick Thoughts: I adored almost everything about Six Impossible Things. The gumption of Roselie (in EVERYTHING she does) coupled with the exasperation of Brody trying to “save” her really made me smile the entire way through. Their topsy turvy romance coupled with the intrigue was really fun to read. I am going to be doing a reread (listen) on release day because I already have this on my pre-order for Audible. Really I highly recommend picking this up! I don’t think you will be disappointed!
Audio Thoughts
Narrated By Susan Duerden / Length: 10 hrs and 7 mins
Susan is really great at this series. I am not quite done with the re-listen but she nailed Roselie. You could just hear her bringing out the rebel in this character and the exasperation of Brody. It has been a fun listen. I am so glad I picked up the audiobook too!

you know I don’t think I ever read anything by this author, I will have to remedy that. It looks like fun. I miss HR, I’m struggling with contemporary atm
You know, with as long as I’ve been reading historical romance, I have never read this author. I really need to give her a go.
I’m glad you enjoyed this one!
This sounds like my kind of book! And exactly what I’m in the mood for right now.
I love this genre, I have not read this authors books before but I am curious now. Great review!
She is a fun author 🙂 I really enjoy her work!
oh I had heard some mixed reviews on this one, so I was unsure if I wanted to pick this one up but you convinced me that I need to grab this one up. And I do love this Narrator she is one of my favorites.
I had fun with it. I do believe there is a bit of suspended disbelief you have to have that Roselie could do all that and been a lady of the ton BUT she is downright fun.
I have not read a Boyle in ages :/
This one was fun though I think YOU will want to slap Brody 🙂
Not heard of that narrator but I liked that short listen, I need to put this series on my list. 🙂
Susan is one of my FAVS! She gives good accent 🙂
