This is the third book in the Drake Sister series. It was a fairly good read though I found Hannah/Joley more interesting than Abbey in this book (she was the lead). It was fun meeting more of the girls family and that another sister filled her destiny. It was also interesting introducing a man with their powers. I can tell that he/Joley will be passing paths again as he is exactly what she doesn’t think he wants and well she is probably just stubborn enough to be the kind of gal he needs. …more Oceans of Fire by Christine Feehan: This is the third book in the Drake Sister series.   Review: Magic in the Wind by Christine Feehan: I really enjoyed the first book in the Drake series. It was an easy and entertaining read. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I found myself looking forward to the Hannah/Jonas story (there is no way those two won’t end up together as much as they interact). I felt the book did a good job introducing the sisters (some of them) and giving you a glimpse into what is coming in the other books. I am a fan of Christine Feehan’s writing. Her Dark Series is one of my favorites! This series has opened up strong and I can’t wait to read the next book! Author Website: http://www.christinefeehan.com/

Burning Wild by Christine Feehan: I really thought this book was an easy read beginning to end. The lead was not really likable until about half way through but the other mains were fantastic. I left wanting to know more about Drake and Joshua!   Author Website: http://www.christinefeehan.com/

I think I love this book more each time I read it (yes I am on my 6th re-read)! I actually think having read the rest of the series makes it even better. This book really introduces the vampire way of life: who they report too, how they are ran, what the expectations of them in those roles are, and just how much they bend the rules. Without giving to much away, you are also introduced more into the Supe world to prep you for the books to come. This book is well paced with just the right amo…more Club Dead by Charlaine Harris: I think I love this book more each time I read it (yes I am on my 6th re-read)! The 2nd book in the Sookie Stackhouse series! Living Dead in Dallas by Charlaine Harris: This one is a little quicker to read than the first. I like the fact that she just delves into the story. There is more Eric, so automatically I like it better than the first one. This one also has more laugh out loud moments (lycra anyone?). I will say for those that watch the show and just now reading the books: they are different! The Godrick story is different, the Dallas story different, and the Meanade story is very different! …more The 2nd book in the Sookie Stackhouse series!
