Quick Thoughts: I am so glad that I listened to Sideswiped before The Drafter or I don’t think I would have enjoyed this one as much as I did.

First Thought when Finished: I tried y’all! Really I tired but this particular area of contemporary romance is just not for me. I can see where Beautiful Bastard by Christina Lauren worked for other people though!

Audio Thoughts:

Narrated By Candace Thaxton, Kirby Heyborne / Length: 14 hrs and 5 mins

I thought Candace and Kirby both did a fantastic job! Their pacing, emotions, and cadence were perfect for these stories. They each did a great job of sounding different for every character and author. Totally recommend this on audio. As always you should listen to a snippet to make sure the narration will work for you.

Part of my 25 Books for the Holidays for 2012

How ‘Twas the Night After Christmas put me in the holiday spirit: I love stories about families reconnecting after misunderstandings and estrangements. Throw in a precious little boy who loves the season and this book is just perfect for a holiday read.
