Stroke of Midnight by Sherrilyn Kenyon: I thought this was a good short story but I am just not a fan of books in anthologies. I read them because they are part of the overall series but I think they are often rushed. I didn’t feel like I had much invested in the leads (if they had been introduced in other books maybe but this was not the case) so while I was happy it all worked out for them I didn’t really feel connected to them.
