From Goodreads: My name is Meaghan Chase.
I thought it was over. That my time with the fey, the impossible choices I had to make, the sacrifices of those I loved, was behind me. But a storm is approaching, an army of Iron fey that will drag me back, kicking and screaming. Drag me away from the banished prince who’s sworn to stay by my side. Drag me into the core of a conflict so powerful, I’m not sure anyone can survive it.
This time, there will be no turning back

*NOTE*: I am doing a very spoiler free review which means you get no specifics at all because if I said something about what happened on (and I am not kidding) page 12 of the book it would give something away.
What I LOVED: Puck (again)! Seriously I have a love affair with him and the way that Julie presents him. I don’t think I want him with Meghan but I love his character! Meghan grew leaps and bounds in this book. I am still not team anything as far as who she ends up with but I think this book let her come into her own. This lets me know that when she makes a decision it will be from a place of thought and maturity that she has extended past her young years! The action in this book is fast paced and very storyline driven. I loved the adventures and even grew to like Ash a little more (Yes Ash lovers I am not 100% in love with him)
What I LIKED: Every single character in this book, whether they are in it for 2 pages or through out, brings something unique and stunning. If I can say anything, pay closer to attention to what they say and do than you would normally because so much richness is added to the story when you give them weight!
Complaints (and likely to get me hated): I have very few with this book (other than the cliffhanger end but that really isn’t a complaint other than an ARGH!). Ash—I know everyone adores him but there is still a little bit about him that bugs me. Less in this book and he is growing on me. I can see why so many love him but I am not quite there yet. Of course, it might be my love for Puck!
Why I gave it a 4 (more like a 4.5): The world was truly enjoyable to read! I can’t say enough about how rich the environment in which this book is set truly is. JK did an amazing job of making you think you were right there in this amazing world.
Who I would Recommend it too: I would recommend this to any Fantasy or YA reader.
