He volunteers to claim her, sight unseen, but doesn't realize that one look at the gray-eyed, dark-haired Andrea will stir the mating frenzy in him. First Thought when Finished: Primal Bonds by Jennifer Ashley just confirmed that I need to go find where the heck these TX shifters are and go have a drink at their bar!
Quick Thoughts:Sean was every bit the hot alpha male that I enjoy (protector, smart ass, and delectable). However, it was Andrea that really stole the show! Loved the underwear thing. Loved her no BS attitude. Loved her “just because you tell me too doesn’t mean I have too” attitude. So glad my library had the rest of these!

During her non-reading time you can find her hanging with her rescue furr children named after book characters: Lizzie a beautiful cattle dog mix (Pound Pup), Cinder a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Pound Pup), and Minerva a beautiful Shep/Pitt mix (Foster Fail). Gathering with friends and family, attending conventions, watching movies/tv shows, rooting for the 49rs, and crocheting.

Excellent post! These sound great. 🙂
They were fun!
I was able to get my library to buy the first few books on audio. So, once they come in I plan to start them. Can’t wait. I’m not familiar with the narrator, so we will see how it goes.
Yeah for your library! The stories are good but I don’t think I have listened to that narrator either. Interesting mix of books narrated by her though!
I think I’d like to try this series, I have only read one historical romance by her – audio, The Madness of Ian Mackenzie. I might like this series you mention. But I need to start the Kate Daniels series first. And that said the first book o I have to read is Burn For Me.
These are a bit like her historicals: wounded men, strong women, great stories. Granted not a darn shifter has been in a kilt but there is a wolf in a cowboy hat 🙂
I can just see you drinking wine out of a boot surrounded by shifters. :snort:
I would totally do it too! I would even let them buy me tequila 🙂
I checked out a couple of the novellas from me library and I just got the latest novella on audio for review. I’m skipping around in the series but I’ll get them all read eventually.
I think this series you really can. There is a little bit of carry over story but each book pretty much wraps up the big “bad” in each one 🙂
I have to say you are a much better library snagger than I am. I must up my game 😉
I had a good Jan. I am not doing as well in Feb–as I am trying to knock some off my personal shelves LOL
Another series I’ve heard great things about! I have a couple of these on my shelf from Buns, but haven’t gotten to them yet 🙁
All this week and next is this series and Kate Daniels on my blog. I DEVOURED THEM!
