Today (Day 11) I am highlight Jeffrey Kafer. He has such an ability to draw you into a story and keep you on there waiting to see what happens. His narration adds an extra layer to an author’s work and he adapts to each character brilliantly. I don’t think you could go wrong picking him up!
Today (Day 10) I am highlighting a very old favorite of mine (I have a tattoo of the rose from the cover on me) that finally came to audiobook. This series is so special to me. It is one of two series that confirmed my love of PNR. The fact that it is written by someone who normally writes about Cowboys makes it so much sweeter. I am gonna keep at her to write more PNR!
Today (Day 10) I am sharing with you one of my favorite narrators Tavia Gilbert. She brings characters to life in a way that gets you emotionally invested. She is passionate about life, does great photography, and has a real zeal for narrating. This comes through each and every time she speaks about her career, narrates a book, and mentors fellow narrators.
Today (Day 9) I am thankful for a book that wouldn’t have come into my realm normally but on a whim I entered a contest for the first book in the series (Blissed–which was also good). Coming out of a reading funk this year I found myself reading/listening to more contemporary romance than I normally do. It is usually less than 5% of my reads a year. Matched (which is the first of two in this series I am gonna highlight) was just delightful. I had such fun listening (Karen White did the narration) and laughed out loud so many times. I just love this small little town and enjoyed spending time there!
Day 9 Narrator: Today I am spotlighting Anne Flosnik! She is one of my go-to for Historical Romances and pretty much anything with an accent. She is really good at what she does and always pulls me into a story. Here are just a few of my favorites narrated by her.
