Review Policy

NOTE:  I am currently NOT accepting review requests until 2013.  I have a major work project starting up that will be going into mid-year next year and already requiring 60+ hour work weeks. I am sad to miss out on so many reading opportunities but a girl must do what a girl must do :)  I will however still do guest posts/blogs/giveaways just contact me with your information and time frame.  The best days for those are Thurs/Fri.

What Types of Books I read
  • Romance (Paranormal, Historical, Contemporary)
  • Mystery/Thrillers
  • Dystopian/Zombie/Post-Apocalyptic  (though very picky)
My Review Policy:
  • I only accept a few review books a month.  I have a full-time job with plenty of other hobbies so my reading time is limited.  I have a TBR shelf a mile wide so I try to make my month 2/3 books I choose and 1/3 for review.  So please do not take it personally if I turn down a review request.  I just would rather you send it to someone who can get to it sooner.  The books now must come a from a publisher with a proven track record and/or have a known editor/writing support group.  I support self-publishing but believe in editors (wish I had one for this blog). In other words, at the very least belong to a critique group that acted as your editor.
  • Books I am currently accepting for review:
        * PNR
        * Dystopian/Zombie/Post-Apocalyptic
        * Mystery/Suspense/Thriller
        * Historical/Contemporary Romance
  • I also accept audiobooks---LOVE THEM!

    Books I am NOT accepting for review:

        * Young Adult
        * Science Fiction
        * Literary Fiction
        * Erotica
        * Poetry
        * Religious Fiction

* Please do not send me your pitch and ask me to purchase your book.
    Blogger Note:

    Just a note: I am not a professional reviewer. I am however a long time reader, author fan girl, and can be referred to as a book junkie. I give my POV about the books I choose to read. Most books I love (that happens when you choose what you read) but occasionally one lets me down. It is never personal (towards the author, publishing house, or editor)--it is just my personal reading experience. So please read all my reviews with that in mind.
    Thanks-
