Dear Santa

Dear Santa:

Here is my bookish Christmas List.  This is a good portion of the books that I would like to end up at my library, on my kindle, or on my MP3 player from Dec, Jan, and Feb. I am hoping your elves are in the mood to reward readers that are good with intention but a little naughty in thought….

  1. Ellery Adams

I would absolutely love to play Santa this year and cross Pecan Pies and Homicides off your wish list. I’ll mail you a signed copy as soon as you send me your snail mail address. After all, you blog about books and help keep authors in business. Why shouldn’t you get a special treat this Christmas?

    Your friend,

  2. Awesome list! I was wondering if I could include you in a post I’m writing for my blog. I do a series called Book Bloggers Chime In and this month I’m asking book bloggers to chime in with one book that’s on their Christmas wish list. I’d love to add you to the post. If that’s okay let me know which book you’d like me to mention next to your name. Thanks! Kim

    • Oh that would be lovely 🙂

I would say top on my list is Reaver by Larissa Ione as it comes out on my birthday. I think that book is destined to be in my hands!

However the one that should go by name is Pecan Pies and Homicides by Ellery Adams. Cozies don’t get nearly enough shout-outs 🙂

  3. I haven’t even thought too far ahead as to what books I want in the winter. I am drowning as it is. I however, would like to read Killer Frost, Up from the Grave and Cress for sure! Hope you get at least a few books on your list 🙂

    • I am making wishlists so that I can watch my library for them 🙂

My spend zero on books budget actually starts today. Well not zero I guess since I will still be getting two audible credits a month but close. A friend made a heck of lot easier by getting me and early birthday gift from amazon but it is going to take planning on my part to pull it off. I am hoping Santa took my Amazon GC plea to heart because that will be my book budget for the next year LOL 🙂

  4. I like Mary’s image, my wishlist is certainly never ending. If you don’t get the Ellery Adams book for Christmas, let me know and I will send it to you 🙂 I adore her books.

  5. Oooo you have several on that list that I want too Felicia! Particularly Killer Frost, Cress, and Up from the Grave. It makes me so sad that Killer Frost and Up from the Grave are both going to be last books, I’m not ready to say goodbye to either series! *sobs* At least there’s one more book after Cress, so that’s something:)

    • I am not ready to say goodbye to them either but they will probably both end epically. I will cry though no matter what because they both are just so darn good.!

  6. YESYESYES!! I think I want all those, too! My list for Santa would be like one of those pictures where the kid starts reading and the list unscrolls and bounces down the stairs and across the whole house. Because I’m greedy like that.
