First Thought when Finished: Magic Mourns by Kate Daniels was a fantastic novella!

Quick Thoughts for a Quick Read: I am never going to get enough of Andrea and Raphael. They are my favorite characters in this series (followed quickly by Jim/Dali). I have a feeling they will make up/break up many times! I am sure they will get on my nerves. I am also sure that I will always want more!

  1. I never read this one, it’s probably not on audio, I don’t think I’d have missed it then. I remember reading one novella from Curran’s point of view and it didn’t work for me at all πŸ™ it did for a lot people, but I just didn’t find it to be the same Curran I love…Myabe because it wasn’t Renee’s voice I
I might give this one a go, I just have to find the time to read it.
    Thanks Felicia πŸ™‚

  2. I have been trying to venture into new types of books lately. I have always wanted to find a good urban fantasy series to get into. I was looking for something that I could load onto my phone and listen to when I was walking. I’ve seen this authors name all over the blogosphere. Do you think this would be a good series for me to start with? Just reading The little blurb of this novella got me really interested. A three headed dog that supposed to be guarding hell hanging out in Atlanta.
    Already sounds good to me!
I have been enjoying reading your reviews you have a lot of good books.

    • I was surprised I liked them but I think I am good with novellas where I know the characters already. It is just the ones I don’t that I have a problem with. It is good to FINALLY get a hang on that πŸ™‚
