  1. I’ve requested the Experiment in Terror Series because of Jo Raylan!!! Can’t wait to listen. I’ve heard good things about the books.

  2. Nothing is jumping out at me. I have been back to thrillers and such, I am currently listening to I See You, really good so far!

  3. I used to read Mary Balogh in my historical romance reading days, but I’m still burned out on that genre. I have less than 20 minutes left on Roman (Cold Fury Hockey #7) by Sawyer Bennett. Up next for me is a buddy listen of The Hot One by Lauren Blakely. She took a break from using Sebastian York as the male narrator and went with my personal top favorite male narrator, Zachary Webber. The female narrator is Andi Arndt, who always turns in a consistently good narrating performance. Happy listening to Mary Wine’s Highland Spitfire and Karina Halle’s Darkhouse novel. I have book buddies who really love both authors. I’ve read a few by Karina Halle previously: Dirty Deeds (Dirty Angels, #2), The Pact, The Offer, The Play; I still need to read The Debt, The Lie and Smut that I’ve collected.

    • I like Andi, Zachary, and Sabastian—I think they are all part of romance narrator staples. I have the Karina Halle–haven’t started it but it is Jo (and she is good). This is my first Karina Halle so we will see if I end up down the rabbit hole with her—been known to happen. I love Historical–it is what I listen to the most and what I just spent 5 credits on (all older books LOL)

  4. Dark House is on audio now! Yay! I’ve been meaning to read this book forever, so maybe I’ll give the audio a try instead as I seem to be flying through audio more than print!

    • Jo is a great narrator! I have actually never read Karina before so this will be my first by her. I think Audios are just so easy to squeeze in when you are doing other things that you can get through them quicker.

      • Good to know about the narrator. I love when someone can tell.me to try so and so because they are great narrators. It truly does make or break the audio.

I have been listening a lot more while driving and at night when baby is niggling beside me and just can’t have lights on to read. LOL
