I'm Dreaming of an Undead Christmas by Molly Harper
Narrator: Amanda Ronconi
Length: 3 hrs and 43 mins
Date Read: December 2013
It's Christmas in Half-Moon Hollow and newly turned vampire Iris Scanlon-Calix wants to make Gigi's first visit home from college as normal and special as possible. It's taken months for Iris to work up the nerve to spend time around her baby sister after her vampire transition, so she enlists help from Jane Jameson and Company to keep her blood-thirst under control and assure Gigi's safety.
Gigi, on the other hand, has problems of her own, including the demise of her relationship with high school sweetheart, Ben, and a looming job interview with Ophelia Lambert, the scariest potential employer in the Hollow. And then there's the small matter of the handsome, frustrating vampire who keeps appearing in Gigi's peripheral vision, then disappearing before she can talk to him.
Can the Scanlon sisters negotiate romantic problems, vampire politics, and Christmas cookie disasters and enjoy a relatively normal holiday?

First Thought when Finished: I’m Dreaming of an Undead Christmas was fun, sassy, but didn’t give me answers darn it!
Story Thoughts: Let me start by saying this: Molly Harper is ALWAYS a hoot to read/listen too. I may have one teensy weensy problem with this story but it was well worth the time I spent listening to it. I laughed so hard at the attempt of a perfect Christmas with Vampires that tea was coming out of my nose. So why the story rating of 3.0 (which isn’t bad by the way)? I NEEDED to know! I can’t say what if you haven’t listened to it yet but let me just say that there better be another (preferably longer) book coming about these two.
Narrated by Amanda Ronconi / Length 3 hrs and 43 mins
I am an Amanda Ronconi fan girl. I have been known to pick up books because she narrates them. She is one of the best in the business. That being said, the combination of her and Molly Harper is a match made in heaven. You must try these on audio!
Final Thoughts: I’m Dreaming of an Undead Christmas was delightful and fun!
