#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Sept 24 2015

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week I want to take a minute and make this about you guys! You inspire me! Push me! Lift me up! Make me happy! This is the last weekly check-in here till the new year.  Next Friday you will be heading over to my wonderful co-host That’s What I’m Talking About to finish out the year. I am so proud of our little group. We are almost 2 years strong and that is amazing. We have fallen off the horse, gotten back on, hit wonderful goals, tried new things, cheered each other on, and most of all committed to ourselves. I don’t know if you know this but you should know just making that commitment is HUGE! You may not change sizes, your arms may never not be flabby, you may not lose weight, but you do make an effort to be the best you. That is all we can ask for and that inspires me daily. I will still be checking in weekly, committing monthly, and probably at the end of the year write another sappy post like this. I look forward to finishing out the year with y’all and tackling 2016! Thank you FitReaders for being you!

  1. love this group, some days it’s the only thing that gets me going!! But I love that I can say I’m a stayer, I’ve stuck with it. Big, big thanks Felicia 🙂

  2. Oh…how cool…I won! Thank you!!! I love our group and always feel as if I have my own set of cheerleaders motivating me. That is what keeps me going and gets me to take those extra steps/keep moving each week. I feel accountable to the group, knowing that at the end of each week I’m going to be sharing my weekly progress. I think that’s so important to share how we do each week and I love the friendships/support that have come out of this group, so THANK YOU Felicia for putting this group together!!! I’ll look over my wishlist and get back you as soon as I decide on a book 🙂

  4. I’ve not been very good about checking in lately, but I also appreciate the group. I don’t think I would’ve kept up as well as I have without everyone help. I’m so glad you started this group. Thanks so much.

  5. Oh wow, I won! Is it funny that I feel a little overwhelmed because I have to decide which book I want from my massive wishlist? I’ll let you know as soon as I wade through it and make a decision LOL.
