#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Oct 20 2017
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
For the last 2 weeks I have been doing the 6am to 6pm eating plan. I have only gone outside of that plan once and have lost 3 pounds. I made no other dietary changes (mainly because I am going to Mexico for Day of the Dead and will adjust my diet after that). I am going to stick with the 6am to 6pm for at least through Thanksgiving. We will see if that will help me stay on the losing track. I also gave up my fitbit. While it used to work for me, I find that I eat more when I see that I exercise more which is counter productive. So for now I am going to see how I do without it 🙂
