#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in May 19 2017
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
The check-ins for April, May, and June are at Jen’s Blog. You can leave a comment anywhere but she will have the commit to fit, cheerleading, and main links over there!
This week was a doozy. I tracked my food every day. I managed to stay inside my eating plan (even on wine night) and dropped 2lbs. I am going back in the first week in June to get my Thyroid tested again. I think at that time she is going to up the dosage. My steps this week have been a bit cycled. There are some days I hit goal and some days I did not. So my goal this week is to work on that and keep tracking food. On Thursdays I have started doing a selfie to remind myself this is a journey and avoiding the camera is just not a good idea. I hope a few of y’all will participate too 🙂 It is a fun reminder that we are all at different stages but just like life the journey will have ups/downs, we just have to embrace them all.
Also I want to mention that Emily March’s Grandson was born with Cystic Fibrosis and to help with that she set up Marching Madness 2017 . She is giving incentive for you to join her team (the race can be done virtually) there are giveaways and such. Every little donation is awesome! So take a moment and go check it out. The race (virtually or in person if you are in DFW is May 21rst).
