#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 17 2017

#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About.

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

Happy St. Patricks Day! I am not Irish so I slap on a little green today and try to avoid getting pinched 🙂 Workout Wise this week I got a gold star. I am super excited that I hit all my exercise goals (time and steps). Weight wise it is still a yo-yo but my DR. appt is Monday so I am excited about that.  I can’t wait to hear what she says.

How did you do this week?

Exercise wise: I have started http://www.yourdailywalk.com and I have done about half of them every week. I am sticking to step goal and 20 setups a day.

  1. Glad you hit your goals last week. I did great with my exercise, but my eating is out of control. I’m working on some new goals to help me try and stick with it and shake off those pounds I’ve gained.

  2. I had a good exercise week, a splendorous cheat eating week, and I did my make-up February 5 K, and managed to at least hit my step goals with my recent travels, so it has been a good week,

  3. Good for your for hitting those goals!
This week averaged 15648 steps per day & ran a 5k race with my friend and helped get her 2nd best time and got some amazing running photos! Day 80 of my run streak. Drama has dropped of considerably.
