#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in March 10 2017
#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About.
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
So after last week’s confession, I have to say that your support has been awesome. The herbal supplements I am on (started two weeks ago) started helping this week and I dropped 3lbs. I really hope that holds true next week because then maybe I won’t have to go on thyroids. My DR appt got moved to the 20th (I wanted to get all parts of my well woman done at the same time–get those mammograms) so I have a few weeks to see if this was a blip or that herbal will be enough. I am really hoping it will but at this point I may just go ahead with the non-herbal too. I will talk to her about it on the 20th.
Exercise wise: I have started http://www.yourdailywalk.com and I have done about half of them every week. I am sticking to step goal and 20 setups a day. Next week I will up that to 30 setups a day.

YES! I’m glad you are doing better! I do hope that you can just stick with the supplements and not have to go on the thyroid pill.
*HUGGLES* I’ll be with you in spirit, waiting to see what the doctor tells you!
That’s great news! I am so happy to hear that.
I honestly think I am about to toss my fitbit out the window. I have compared it to my garmin and I am it’s averaging 2600 less steps per day. It’s why I won’t do challenges.
I am averaging 17,926 steps per day and completing a 5k or longer per day. I am on track to make it to my 200k for the month goal. Last week was one of the hardest of my life and I am hoping that things improve. If they don’t I am looking to relocate.
That is good news. 🙂 I like the daily walk idea, looks pretty reasonable.
I’m happy to hear things are looking up for you!
How is the DailyStep program? I was thinking of checking it out…I love the DVD’s! We’re getting a huge snow-storm this week and I’m thinking that I’ll be doing some of the dvd’s this week – no leaving the house unless absolutely necessary this week 🙂
I am glad things seem to be looking up for you too!
Checking in 🙂
