#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in July 31 2015

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

Last check-in of the month! How was your July?

My last week–I pushed to make sure I was ready to up my daily goal to 8000 (average) and YES YES YES I am 🙂

  • Friday: 11,687 steps
  • Saturday: 10,838 steps
  • Sunday: 5,285 steps
  • Monday: 7,152 steps
  • Tuesday: 8,389 steps
  • Wednesday: 11,945 steps
  • Thursday: 8,053 steps

Average: 9049.86

  1. Woo Hoo for being able to increase your step goal!!! I love how you’ve been doing that slowly and steady…at your own pace. Good for you!!!

  2. You had a great week with your step goal. You averaged a 1,000 higher than your new goal. *high fives*

    I had a pretty good week exercise wise. Hit my step goal and continued with riding my horses or Daily Burn almost every day. I’m really watching my calories, but I gained this week.
