#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in July 14 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

So I had a bad eating week. I didn’t gain (probably because my exercise is still above goal) but I was hungry all the time. I am really hoping to do better this coming week (or this week since I put this post together on Mondays).  How did you do?

  1. My eating was awful for the past 2+ weeks and I’ve gained 7 lbs. Now I’m back home and hope to work on fewer calories and regular exercise again.

  2. I’ve been trying really hard to watch my sugar intake…it’s hard! I try to drink a lot of water – helps to fill me up and I keep a lot of cut veggies and fruit in the house as well as almonds and some other nuts…great for snacking. But sometimes it’s hard – I just want the bad stuff 🙂
