#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Jan 26 2017
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
This week my steps and exercise were on point but I swear January has been a worse eating month for me. I am really kind of scared of my weigh-in on Feb 1rst. I know part of it stress and honestly my will power is pretty low right now. I am really hoping to get back on the horse this week. I did make all my lunches and dinners so that helped ton (let’s hope I stick with it all week) 🙂
