#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Jan 26 2017

#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About.

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week my steps and exercise were on point but I swear January has been a worse eating month for me. I am really kind of scared of my weigh-in on Feb 1rst. I know part of it stress and honestly my will power is pretty low right now. I am really hoping to get back on the horse this week. I did make all my lunches and dinners so that helped ton (let’s hope I stick with it all week) 🙂

    • We will see tomorrow 🙂 I am really not looking forward to it but yes it is all on me. I won’t know on the infustions until the 8th 🙂 They will take my counts that day!

  1. Average of 15,950 steps per day, I did have one day fall short on Friday. My little Vivian has been sick since Thursday and is now at the vet for an IV and more tests & X-rays. I am a very stressed Mom.
I have run at least a 5k per day for 30 days and logged Myfitnesspal for 53 days. I am down 4 lbs and feel much better.

  2. Stress eating always gets me…but at least you are aware of it and are staying on track with your exercising an steps…that has to count for something! And the meal planning will definitely help this week! I’m not very good at that – I always have good intentions, but it doesn’t always pan out. Hope you have a great week!
