  1. Congrats on your goals and getting that 5k in.

I have completed my 1 mile, 5k, and 10k for February. I got to meet Kelly at the Hot Chocolate 15k races on 02/04/2017. I ran with Marie-Lise and she kept me from running too fast in the beginning. I didn’t meet my goal time of 1:45 but I was close with 1:48:34 and we did run the whole way despite the hills. We are planning a half marathon training schedule and race.

I met 12k steps per day goal and averaged 14,257 steps per day.

My sweet dog, Vivian, is finally home after being at the vet for 10 days on an IV. It was very stressful and I am hoping to start getting more sleep again.
