#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Feb 9 2017
#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About.
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
My week was pretty good. I have hit my goal of a solid 2 mile walk at home video 3 times a week and a focused mile every day. I also got in my 5k 🙂 How did you do this week?

Great work meeting your goals! Last week wasn’t the best for me, but I keep on going!
Looks like you had a great week!!! I’ve been doing the videos here and there, too – so much fun 🙂
Checking in 🙂
I prefer home videos too! I haven’t done my Feb 5k yet, I wanted to work on my 10k but I’m having issues with my tracking app.
I do love doing those at home workouts, they are just wonderful and you don’t need a gym membership for them which is nice.
Congrats on your goals and getting that 5k in.
I have completed my 1 mile, 5k, and 10k for February. I got to meet Kelly at the Hot Chocolate 15k races on 02/04/2017. I ran with Marie-Lise and she kept me from running too fast in the beginning. I didn’t meet my goal time of 1:45 but I was close with 1:48:34 and we did run the whole way despite the hills. We are planning a half marathon training schedule and race.
I met 12k steps per day goal and averaged 14,257 steps per day.
My sweet dog, Vivian, is finally home after being at the vet for 10 days on an IV. It was very stressful and I am hoping to start getting more sleep again.
Trying to work on my 10k badge!
