The first year I had mine–that was my main focus. I started out low and slowly built up 🙂 Slow and steady is the best way to make it a habit.

      Walking! I am not a runner 🙂

I am just slowly working in my eating. Last month I just logged everything I ate. This month I gave up fast food. I have loads of small things I try to do but usually only have one major goal LOL

I saw the training plan you posted on Facebook – it looks great and I might try it out! I always do better when I have a plan…I find it more motivating!!! Good luck and I think having a positive attitude is so helpful!!! I so need help with planning lunches, too! I have a good go-to breakfast and do ok with dinner, but lunch is my downfall…I try not to eat out when I’m at work – I’m back to working 3 days a week, but it’s so hard to plan what to bring some days! I really need to figure that out!!! Have a great week 🙂

That is the one I am trying though I am going to do each week for 2. This week I missed the long walk on Sunday because I was cleaning 🙂

YEAH for 55000 steps 🙂 Yep it is a walking 10k and i am doing every week for two weeks but it should be awesome. 🙂 I do much better with lunches when I work from home but in the office is often a FAIL!

I am so glad I have the gym and running, other wise I think I might just lose my mind. Work is just double stressful with my boss leaving and the new one being totally clueless.

Got my 12k steps in every day and 2 trips to the gym in. I ran my 5k race and ended with a better time that anticipated. The only bad part was the two foot bridges were moving up and down because of all of the runners and caused some motion sickness.

I am having too. I made big goals but found I need to work up to them. Last month I logged every thing I ate. This month I gave up fast food. No other restrictions and I will work up to moving stuff around that I cook.

A positive attitude can make or break it, in my opinion. I did better this week. Didn’t get as many Daily Burn workouts in, but had a higher step count and was more active on more days. I tend to bring leftovers for lunch to work almost everyday. I do sometimes do frozen, if I don’t have leftovers, but that is probably less than once a week, which is good because I really don’t like frozen.
