#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Feb 3 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

My weigh-in was not as bad as I though —I only gained 2lb on my cookie binge.  So now I repeat January without the cookies LOL How did you do?

  1. I reached my 12k step goal on all by one day but it was race eve so I gave myself a pass. I averaged 13,895 per day. I ran a 5k per day every day in January with a total of 111 miles for January.

  2. For getting my meat out of my seat, so to speak, I am doing well. Calories in, in theory I am doing well. My body on the other hand is way more interested in hanging around this weight than moving. I am hoping to get my 5 K in next week, but work is kicking my butt. And I am leaning toward signing up for a formal 5K in March…maybe.

    Nice work only gaining 2 lbs around those diabolical cookie pushers.
