#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Feb 22 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

I am doing this post a day early in order to test whether my move was successful or not. Hopefully your week was pretty good. I did finally have a weigh-in that went the right way but yes I have a wonky thyroid. I am trying one more natural remedy (tied to hormone changes —because I am of that age LOL) that she says might try. If in 2 weeks I don’t see a difference then I will switch to thyroid meds. I didn’t like them when I was on them before but alas sometimes you just gotta.

  1. Good luck with your natural remedy. Hopefully, you will get some good results.
    I am averaging 18,381 steps per day. I also ran/walked 13.1 miles. I discovered that your socks can feel like sandpaper after 10 miles.

  2. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that the natural remedy works for you! I can totally understand not wanting to go on any medicine if you don’t have to – especially if you had bad luck with it last time around. Good Luck!!!

  3. It looks like the new server worked… although you have the Check-In date as 2/22, but today (Thursday) is 2/23. 😉 I hope the natural remedy works for you. I know you are not a fan of the thyroid meds. I’ll be cheering for you!
