#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in Feb 17 2017
Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
My week was pretty good in the exercise department. I did my 3 workouts and focus miles. Weight wise it wasn’t a great week but I have a DR appt to get my thyroid checked. My iron levels are still a little low so I will probably have to get one more treatment. That though is probably what is aggravating my thyroid (I have always had a problem but mostly have been able to keep in check through vitamins and diet). Luckily though all of this is more annoying than bad. This is all fixable stuff 🙂 How are you doing?

Gathering with friends and family, attending conventions, watching movies/tv shows, rooting for the 49rs, and crocheting.
