#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in August 11 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week was not a win. I had a couple of bad eating days (totally an emotional eater) and not enough exercise days. Back on the horse this week! How was your week?

  1. I’ve been lazy myself when it comes to planning healthy meals. I’m struggling with the exercise too, I’m now blog hopping because I’m procrastinating on working out. lol

  2. I slacked again this week and to make it worse I’m celebrating my birthday early (at work today) and tomorrow with friends so I’m cheat mealing like crazy. Guess that means I should force myself to walk on the treadmill this weekend at least lol
