#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in August 25 2017

Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!

This week was not a win. I lost the 1.5 lbs I gained by my clothes are tighter so it is really frustrating. I have totally buckled down on food since my exercise still can’t be 100% yet. Over 40 weight stuff sucks ya’ll! 🙂 🙂 🙂

  1. Yeah, I hear ya on being over 40 and struggling to maintain or lose weight. I still struggle with insomnia and hyper-activity, but I don’t bounce back as easily from operating only a few hours of sleep like I did even up to 2 years ago. Hang in there! We’ll make next week ours as the last week of the month. We’ve all got this!

  2. You got this! Do you feel like the meds are messing with your body? I concur about the frustrations… It just seems to be getting harder and harder to lose weight each year.
