Hey FitReaders! It is time for your weekly check-in (feel free to use whatever day you want to check-in–these posts will be going up on Fridays)! How are you doing this week? Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it!
This week was not a win. I gained a 1.5lbs which I knew was coming because I had to switch where I get my thryroid meds. It took them a month to get it straightened out so I have been off of them a month. Thankfully they are now on their way to me so hopefully my body will even out again. Otherwise though it was a pretty good week! I hit my modified step goal (I tweaked my knee so I won’t be back to 100% for a couple of weeks) and I stayed on eating plan.

I’m working out but I’m feeling super lazy about it and struggling to get it done and I really need to eat better.
Summer makes me feel blah so I’m hoping it’s just that.

I’ve been slacking again for the most part but I did start doing squats and such this past week and challenging myself to do more each day. I’ll also have the pleasure of digging around my front yard this weekend until I find the darn access pipe thing @_@I’m totally going to count that too.
Ack that knee!
I hope things settle down now with the change in meds. *hugs*
