It is time to commit to exercise for the month of October 2018! Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress from last year– now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”
This year brings a few changes from our previous years. On the first day of each month, Jen and I will post “Commit to be Fit” signups. You can use the comment section to add your name to the list and/or leave your month goals. Weekly checkin blog posts are optional. Remember there will be weekly check-ins, motivation on our Facebook Group and Twitter under the #FitReaders hashtag.
