It is time to commit to exercise for the month of  July! Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress from Jan– now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”

  1. Now that I’m done with vacations, I plan to be much better about tracking my food, exercise and getting it done. If it will ever quit raining, I have a new horse to exercise too.

    Last two weeks have been no exercise due to kidney issues. Hopefully July will be a much better month.

    Committing to 12k avg steps per day and 3 gym visits per week.

  3. I’m dealing with a stomach bug, but as soon as I’m not feeling like garbage I’ll be back to racking up as many steps as I can towards my goal!
