I just realized that we have to sign up for each month! So I just signed up! Have been working hard on trying to be consistent this month!
I am going to do this this year 🙂
Fun! I’ve seen various posts and comments about this and thought how cool it is, but I thought it was for readers only. 🙂 I have a treadmill desk and I’m part of a group called Writers Who Walk on FB. We’ve set a goal for a thousand miles this year. Very doable, I think!
Thanks for doing this. I am committed to dropping the weight I put on. We’re eating healthier foods and I am going to use my exercise bike and treadmill while watching TV.
I thought I had already signed up! Oops lol
Ready to exercise in January!!
I’m in 🙂 big thanks for hosting again Felicia. I could have sworn I already signed up … must have dreamed it lol
Gah Flea can you delete 38 it won’t let me and it has the wrong URL.
YAYYY! I’m so excited to be a part of this challenge this year!!
Felicia, could you delete my #37 link from the link if possible? I made a dedicated page for the challenge after I originally submitted the first link. :/ lol First timer!!
Woo hoo! I just got my first check-in post for the year up and live! My 2015 goals are to keep the weight off and maintain my goal weight, to log my food every day, and to keep up my current level of exercise. Can’t wait!
Happy New Year! I’ve been walking/exercising with my Fitbit and Audiobooks on my own for many months, so I’m thrilled to have found this group! Looking forward to a healthy 2015 and better fitness level, with good books to keep me going 🙂
thanks for hosting! Joining in again this year and let’s hope I don’t fizzle out like I did last year!
Happy New Year Felicia and all the Fit Readers. I’m going to try to do a post to join in this week. Sounds like things have really expanded. I’m going to look into fitbit.
Aiming to walk 15 km per week if I possibly can.
For some reason I cant add my link but I’m participating
No worries! You don’t have to have a link if you don’t want to!
I’m not tracking my steps, only when I’m actively exercising which is different from everyone else but I doubt it matters. Good luck ladies!
I’m the same way, Adriana. I only log my minutes of “moving with purpose” as my daily fitness. My phone tracks my steps, but I don’t use that as my measurement. Just do what feels right to you and gets you moving!
I know a few bloggers I follow did this last year, but it was walking. Does it matter what kind of exercise it is this year? I planned on easing my way into Blogilates this year, starting with her 30 day ab challenge. So would that be okay?
Angie – that is definitely okay! You can do whatever you want to make your life more healthy. Maybe you can do a mini-challenge and get others to join you! 😉
I’m in for another year. I plan on stepping up my game this year to loose more this year. I’m going to track calories again and add in ab exercises to help me loose the waist inches that I need to loose.
I’m in….going to do my best today but the gym is closed and my back is out but I’m walking around the house and doing chores and cleaning up Christmas decorations so I’m at least moving some. Tomorrow it is game on 🙂
Happy New Year! Good luck to everyone with reaching your fitness goals- woohoo let’s do this!
Happy New year, I am in. I need a boost, as cold weather is making me want to hibernate.
I am getting a fitbit tomorrow, of course I am totally gonna forget to to have it on
I pretty much read about others doing the blog walkers last year but didn’t really participate but this time I am jumping in as I really need to lose some weight. 🙂
I’m in starting the week of January 12th when I have access to the gym again I’m going to swim twice a week and run at least two times a week.
Happy New Year! I’m in (but couldn’t get the linky to work or me). I don’t have a Fitbit but I’ll be checking in weekly (or maybe bi-weekly).
Happy New Year!!! While I’m starting the New Year off with a cold, I’m still hoping to get some steps in today! Let’s get this party started 🙂
Happy New Year, FitReaders! 😉 I don’t have a fitbit, but my Garmin Vivofit is ready to help me go from sluggish to shapely this year!
Yay! Happy new year. Let’s get going!
Happy new year! I am in (:
Happy 2015 y’all! I’m excited to get this party started! 🙂
