It is time to commit to exercise for the month of January 2015! Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress from last year– now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”

    Fun! I’ve seen various posts and comments about this and thought how cool it is, but I thought it was for readers only. 🙂 I have a treadmill desk and I’m part of a group called Writers Who Walk on FB. We’ve set a goal for a thousand miles this year. Very doable, I think!

    Happy New Year! I’ve been walking/exercising with my Fitbit and Audiobooks on my own for many months, so I’m thrilled to have found this group! Looking forward to a healthy 2015 and better fitness level, with good books to keep me going 🙂

    I’m in….going to do my best today but the gym is closed and my back is out but I’m walking around the house and doing chores and cleaning up Christmas decorations so I’m at least moving some. Tomorrow it is game on 🙂
