Welcome to #FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About.
It is time to commit to exercise for the month of February 2018 ! Whether you are just joining us, need to get back on the wagon, or just going to keep up your progress from last year– now is the time to stand up and say “I’m in! I’m committed to getting up and getting moving!”
This year brings a few changes from our previous years. On the first day of each month, Jen and I will post “Commit to be Fit” signups. You can use the comment section to add your name to the list and/or leave your month goals. Weekly checkin blog posts are optional. Remember there will be weekly check-ins, motivation on our Facebook Group and Twitter under the #FitReaders hashtag.

I’m in!
Yep, been trying to do this but am still trying to work out some sort of consistent schedule, but I may have to settle for an inconsistent one. 🙂
You go at your own pace! If you want some encouragement, visit us on the facebook group!
That’s definitely something I need to work on in February. I started eating healthier in January, but I’ve been sick for most of the month so I haven’t been able to work out. I’m still waiting for the coughing to go away from my last cold.
I hope you feel better soon! Working out when sick is not fun.
We have been talking about better eating a lot lately in the Facebook group. I know that is something both Felicia and I struggle with and we look for all sorts of input!
