  1. New follower here. Looking forward to getting healthier and cheering everyone on with their individual goals. I hope I’m going about this the right way..

  2. I need to start doing this. I’ve been on tour for Birthright, and being on the road for book conventions and signings means airport food, hotel food, and lack of exercise.

      • Thank you, Felicia. I am really going to try!

The tour has been amazing. I’ve met so many wonderful readers, bloggers, and authors, but traveling from city to city has added a few extra pounds on my waistline. I leave again on Thursday for my next con in Massachusetts, with more stops in Orlando and Baltimore before I’m done, but I plan to find the hotel fitness center and burn off some of the poor food choices I’ve made while on the road. 🙂

  3. I’m starting the 21 Day Fix in August with high hopes, since it seems to work for a friend of mine and lucky for me, a new co-worker is a beach body coach. 🙂 Wait…I don’t know if that’s lucky or could be torture. Anyway, my muscle strain is almost healed, so I’ll be ready to hit the track come August. It seems like every time I start off so well, my clumsiness takes over and I get an injury to the same leg. Fingers are crossed for a good exercise month in August.
