Now a major TV series on E4. In this pulse-pounding sequel to Kass Morgan's The 100, secrets are revealed, beliefs are challenged, and relationships are tested. And the hundred will struggle to survive the only way they can - together.
It's been 21 days since The 100 landed on Earth. They're the only humans to set foot on the planet in centuries... or so they thought. Facing an unknown enemy, Wells attempts to keep the group together. Clarke strikes out for Mount Weather, in search of other Colonists, while Bellamy is determined to rescue his sister, no matter the cost. And back on the ship, Glass faces an unthinkable choice between the love of her life and life itself.

Before I get to the review I want to note that there were parts of Day 21 by Kass Morgan that I enjoyed reading and showed great potential for awesome storytelling. However, the issues I have with the way the story is being told won’t bother everyone. Plus, I think it really is a unique and interesting world that she has created.
Read It File It (short review): So remember those Multiple POV’s and flashbacks I had problems with in The 100? Well they are still there BUT I am happy to say that they were a little less distracting. The chapters were meatier and so the story was more fluid. I just thought the pacing was a little off but overall I still want to know what happens next especially after the ending. I think we might be hitting a pace and point in the story where everything will come together. So yes I will be reading the next one whenever it comes.

I meant to watch the tvshow but never did
I fast forwarded through a lot of it. It wasn’t that great either 🙁
I haven’t heard of these books, but the premise sounds very cool.
The premise is very interesting and if you don’t mind Multiple POV might be a good fit for you !
I have read conflicted reviews about this series… and now after reading your review I’m almost sure this book is not for me.
You really have to like Multiple POV’s to like this book 🙂
By coincidence I got the first book in audio today 🙂 It was gifted and I am not sure if “want” to read it.
I bet her particular brand of storytelling actually works better in audio. When reading it just seemed to pop me out of the story. I am partial to audio usually anyway but in this case I am guessing it will smooth out the transition (or totally get you lost)
