NOTE: These are books I have read and rated this year but didn’t review. Sometimes I like to read just for fun! This time it was Coming Home series by Harper Sloan. Book 1 from the Library and Books 2 & 3 for Review.
Overall Thoughts: I read this series while on vacation and really enjoyed it! The characters were all uniquely compelling in their own ways. I liked the friendship, brother/sister dynamics, and love stories. Book 3 was my favorite but they were all worth reading! I will read Harper Sloan again in the future.
NOTE: These are books I have read and rated this year but didn’t review. Sometimes I like to read just for fun! This time it was books 2, 3, 4, and 4.5 in Nocturne Falls by Kristen Painter/Narrated by B.J. Harrison.
Overall Thoughts: This series is so much fun and I can’t wait to listen to more. BJ does a great job with the narration and Kristen writes characters that you cheer for!
Review by Beth (Read for Review from Avon)
Wrong to Need You is a contemporary romance with an exceptionally sweet slow burn. Sadia is a complex and competent heroine with a strong sense of responsibility and a serious set of organizational skills. Jackson is a gentle giant, a shy and introverted hero with a well-defined sense of social justice and extremely nurturing tendencies towards people he cares about.

Quick Thoughts: Sean! I am going to admit I was wondering if I was going to like Sean’s love story at all because he just isn’t my favorite character.
