Did you get a day, 2 days, 3 days of exercise? Are you on track with your other health goals! I am so very proud of you for making the effort to get heart healthy and putting exercise in your life. We can do it! This week I had a minor setback and a equal up. I strained something in my back last Saturday. I was going about my day as usual and felt something “tweak” (for lack of a better word) and by Saturday night I was pretty sure that my back hated me. It was a little better Sunday but not great. I went to see the chiropractor on Monday and she asked me to give it 2 weeks of light walking. To lower my steps (4000 to 6000) and to spread them out in 5 to 10 min increments. We can do it! This week was pretty darn good exercise and calorie wise. Clothes fitting better but the pounds still aren’t off. I will do my final weigh in on Saturday morning–that will be my bench mark if I lost the 2 pounds I wanted to this month. Thursday: 10091 Friday: 10612 Saturday: 10632 Sunday: 2737 Monday: 8397 Tuesday: 8364 Wednesday: 9908 Average: 8677 <–right on target! If I can maintain this for 3 months I will start aiming for an average of 9000!
