We can do it! This week I was bad! I lost some weight which should be a good thing but I am pretty sure I aggravated my back instead of healing it. Here is the thing: Listen to your drs! So last week I averaged 7200 steps a day–I was supposed to knock it down to around 4000 with a max of 6000 and no more than 5 min of “hard” walking at a time. I didn’t follow that and when I went to see her today, I was told two weeks of 4000 to 5000 steps with rest. So I will be doing that. It sucks but I feel like […]

We can do it! This week I had a minor setback and a equal up. I strained something in my back last Saturday. I was going about my day as usual and felt something “tweak” (for lack of a better word) and by Saturday night I was pretty sure that my back hated me. It was a little better Sunday but not great. I went to see the chiropractor on Monday and she asked me to give it 2 weeks of light walking. To lower my steps (4000 to 6000) and to spread them out in 5 to 10 min increments.
